This is a fully trackable service allowing us to pinpoint your item within the Parcelforce network. (Please note this service does not operate at the weekends).

To make sure your parcel is delivered safely we require a signature upon delivery. If you are likely to be out we are happy to deliver to an alternative address which can be given at the time of ordering. We regret that for security reasons if you are ordering for the first time we are only able to deliver to the cardholders registered address.

If the shoes prove to be unsuitable, please return them to us unworn at the address below within 14 days.
Please use the method that is cheapest to yourself, but please get proof of posting - Post Offices will do this for a nominal charge.
Any monies owed will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card used. Any cheque or postal orders will be refunded by cheque. Refund confirmation receipts will be sent to you in the post.
